Chef Ramsay will only have a week to help the restaurant to restructure. If he finds out the kitchen in restaurant is a mess, he will shut down the restaurant for half a day for just cleaning. Also, he will try to present the new menu to the owner so that to see if revenue can increase instantly.

For me, I think this TV programme is kind of a new-fashion. At least I have never watched this kind of programme before in Hong Kong. After I checked some background information about it, it actually played for years. The Gordon Ramsay that showed me in this show, he is so passionate to help them and that makes me will proud of him and admire him a lot. He is not only destruct things, he also gives constructive ideas.

Who said there people in China cannot serve the facebook site? Of course, if you are talking about the real facebook which is made by Americans, then you definitely cannot access into it. However, there are some geeks in China have invented a site called renren. This is a site which has similar functions with facebook but it can access to whole worldwide.

The RenRen Network formerly known as Xiaonei Network which is a Chinese networking site and is popular among the whole China. This community network was invented in July 2008 and is the largest online community website among universities with more than 22 million active users and an estimated 40 million users who have registered their real names. In March 2008, Xiaonei launched its WAP version, which users can access through their mobile phone. On the other hand, it also feature the instant message function so it is even more popular than facebook chat.

In fact, people in China have actually never thought of creating a site for social networking until facebook has been banned by the China government, and they think this is not fair to them. Then, that is how renren network begins. At first, they have never imagine to be so successful. However, after few months, this have been discover to whole China and nowadays, lots of Chinese already have at least an account of it, even Hongkongers!

This time!!! I am going to introduce some that is familiar to all of us and everyone will use that stuff as an media to communicate to others, especially for businessman. The thing is e-mail. As I said, electronic mail is a kind of mail that exchanging messages or information through internet. This kind of media was invented in about 1970s and this stuff has bring us a lot of convenience, even nowadays. Otherwise, how come businessman are now still using email to communicate with their customers and students are also using email to ask questions to their teachers.

Then, except convenience, what is some solid advantages that email brought us. I try to be more succinct, email can save out time. Remember the hard time that we have been through when we still need to sending mail by post? I mean actually the time we wait for the person’s reply. However, after the invention of email, we can instantly receive messages from our friends. And I bet this is why businessman still using this typical thing to communicate.

On the other hand, email also did a great job in saving the environment. We used to need to write our letter on paper. Once we wrote it wrongly, we might wanted to grab another blank paper to rewrite it. This is actually cut lots of trees. Therefore, if you are asking me which invention is one the best in 21st century? There it is. EMAIL!!!

For a tool for this, Skype is one of the way for us to talk to them face to face. Of course, the main use of Skype is to make voice call over the internet. Moreover, the price of it is free of charge. If you even have a web cam, their you can also make a video conference with them too.

On the other hand, for expanding their businesses, they also provide some brand new service for us. When we purchase some packages from them, we can make a phone call overseas. Even though they do not let us to make emergency call by Skype but it is still a great invention of software for worldwide!!!

Everyone knows that China is one of the biggest country in the world. In my memory, I remembered lots of people were having their web log like Xanga. After few years, Yahoo! thought that they have to follow the trend of web log. Therefore, they have also invented Yahoo! BLOG and afterward, it was the time for MySpace which is presented by MSN. This year, it is the time for a Chinese company, Sina. They presented a web log entitled as Microblog!

On the first half of this year, Microblog from Sina has been very popular in the entertainment industry. It is usually popular in the area of Asia, such as Hong Kong, Mainland China and Taiwan. From most people’s mind will think that Microblog is only hit in the Asia but cannot compatible in worldwide, and this may limit the development of Sina. However, they just ignored how big of the Asian market. According to my research, there is only 1.3 billion people in China. It is already one-third of the population in the entire world. On top of that, Sina.com is the largest Chinese language infotainment web portal and that is why Sina’s Microblog can be that popular.

On the other hand, they also have different kind of services that provided by the Microblog. Besides, the ordinary functions of a web log, they can also letting people can using instant message just like msn, but the different is they can also be post a dairy in the same time when they sending instant message to each other. To sum up, I think this is also an alternative web page for people to pull each other closer other than Facebook, Twitter, etc.

According to some information, Facebook launched in 2004. Until the July of 2010, there are already 500 million users in Facebook. In my opinion and my personal experience, I also love to use Facebook and I will browse this website few times a day for different purposes, such as checking on others’ profile, exchanging messages, and even playing games in Facebook. Besides this, Facebook also widen our social network, and that is what the purpose of the person created this website. Initially, the founder said the reason why he created Facebook was because he wanted this website as an media to let students in school contact each other conveniently.

Although Facebook has almost can successfully use of Facebook. In China, Iran and North Korea and some countries still cannot access this website because of the preservative of news. They will think that people using Facebook in their countries will easily holding riots since internet is everywhere nowadays. Everyone just need to use their cell phone, then they can share things and communicate with their friends, and that is what they most afraid of.

No matter what, Facebook still my favorite social network website right now and this already become a linkage with my friends and checking on others’ profile, is also one of my habit now!
